Strimming to the hedge edge

Back at Wild Acres today and the winter land management is in full swing. Today I was mostly at the the of the site to knock back the vegetation from the growing areas towards the new hedge.

I used the strimmer cord on the brush cutter rather than the blade, because it was mostly light plant stems.

I then did the top car park to clear spaces for cars to park. Overall, that part of the site has improved greatly over the past year.

Amazing tasting curry lunch

Martin cooked up an a delicious curry lunch using ingredients fresh from the polytunnel. Quick wash up and then headed back to Dursley.

No code club this week, as it’s half term, but in the afternoon I met with Georgie to discuss putting the new Wild Acres website live. Georgie has done the entire design, and my input has been minimal. But I can now take the staging site and replace the main site with it. I’ll aim to do that over the next couple of weeks.
